Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged once the package has been opened.

Unopened products may only be returned or exchanged if they are in their original, sealed and unused condition.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us via WhatsApp at +962 78 013 5887 as soon as possible after receiving your order. Please provide your order details and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Approved refunds or replacements will be handled after the issue has been reviewed by JOR LENSES.

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was made by JOR LENSES.
