Welcome to JOR LENSES. By accessing our store, purchasing our products, or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Products
JOR LENSES offers cosmetic contact lenses for aesthetic purposes. Our lenses are not sold for vision correction.
Product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting conditions, natural eye color, screen settings, and individual eye characteristics.
Contact Lens Safety & Disclaimer
Contact lenses come into direct contact with the eyes and must be handled, stored, inserted, removed, and used correctly.
By purchasing and using contact lenses from JOR LENSES, the customer accepts responsibility for ensuring that the lenses are suitable for their personal use and for following proper hygiene, handling, insertion, removal, cleaning, storage, and wearing practices.
JOR LENSES is not responsible for irritation, infection, injury, discomfort, allergic reactions, or other adverse effects resulting from improper use, incorrect insertion or removal, poor hygiene, misuse, prolonged wear, sleeping while wearing lenses unless specifically permitted for the product, sharing lenses with another person, improper storage or cleaning, or failure to follow appropriate care instructions or professional advice.
Never share contact lenses with another person.
If you experience pain, redness, irritation, blurred vision, excessive tearing, unusual sensitivity, or any other discomfort, discontinue use immediately and seek advice from a qualified eye-care professional.
Customers with existing eye conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or uncertainty about whether contact lenses are suitable for them should consult a qualified eye-care professional before use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Orders & Payment
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information when placing an order.
Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within Jordan.
Shipping
JOR LENSES currently delivers within Jordan only.
The delivery fee is 3 JOD, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary due to location, weekends, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged once the package has been opened.
Unopened products may only be returned or exchanged if they remain in their original, sealed and unused condition.
If an incorrect, damaged, or defective product is received, please contact JOR LENSES as soon as possible and provide the order details and clear photos of the product and packaging.
